What are the pieces made of? All pieces are 3D printed with biodegradable and sustainable materials. The metal parts are stainless steel, brass, or sterling silver, always hypoallergenic.

Are the products heavy? No. Although some designs are large, they're surprisingly light. They're designed to keep you comfortable all day long.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Can I request a custom color? Yes, we accept custom orders as long as the design allows it. Send us a message via WhatsApp or email and we'll discuss the options together.

We ship by courier within 24/48 business hours.

Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days.

For orders over €50, shipping is free.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your order if it is not what you expected.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless we are mistaken.

Warranty

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

All parts have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

CARE OF YOUR PIECES

Avoid contact with perfumes, creams or water to prolong the life of the material.

Store your jewelry in its box or in a dry place, away from direct light.

Clean the parts with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemicals.

Metal parts can be polished with a special metal cloth if necessary.
